Become a Mystery Member!

To ensure our members receive exceptional customer service, MCU implemented the Mystery Member Program. It provides a way for MCU to get feedback from our members and we pay you $20.00 as a thank you for participating! Here's how it works:

What Mystery Members Do:

As a MCU Mystery Member …

  • magnifying glass Visit any teller at any of our Columbia or Jefferson City locations;
  • magnifying glass Fill out a quick survey after each visit;
  • magnifying glass Mail back three completed surveys after three visits; and
  • magnifying glass We'll credit $20.00 to your MCU savings account.

Please note: Your name and survey results will remain confidential. You must complete the effort within 60 days.

How Do I Sign Up?

  • Email MCU at helpdesk@missouricu.org
  • Put the word ‘Survey’ in the subject line.
  • Include your name, mailing address and your account number in your email so we can mail surveys to you and you can begin right away!

There is no guarantee that you will be selected; however we will include as many members as possible! You must be a member of Missouri Credit Union to participate. And keep in mind, just one entry per primary account number, one per household and one time only … give other members a chance! Also, MCU volunteers, staff and their family members are not eligible to participate in MCU’s Mystery Member Program.
